November PTCO Meeting minutes
Roberta Script & expense Report: Report passed out and discussed
Teacher Requests: Mrs. Freeland approved $200 for 5th grade field trip.
- Thurs for preschool- Riannah/ Mandi will do
- Friday 830am- Paula/ Mandi/ Roberta will do
- Flyers and boxes- Sarah will do (no flyers for Mrs. Coxon)
- Send email to teachers regarding changes in Popcorn days. Popcorn will be
done on Thurs. instead of Fridays for 2017/2018.
- Mandi & Paula will clean out cart
- 11/28/17- Paula will work @ game, Floats and Brownie Sundaes
- Roberta will make brownies
- Need more of: spoons, bowels, hot fudge, Root Beer, Ice cream and cups
- 12/6- Set up tables
- 12/7 & 12/8- pricing
- 12/11- 12/15- Sale
- 12/15 & 12/17- Clean Up
- Things to Buy: catnip, dog bones, portion control baggies- Roberta will pick up.
- Sign Up Genius all set
- Sale 12/11- 2/15 (meats will be pork and chicken)
- Pick Up 12/20- 12/21
- Request fundraiser and flyer- Sarah
- Air Time trampoline- $10 per person for 2 hrs. PTCO will earn $1 per person
- Riannah will check on flyers/ fundraiser request. Possible dates 1/4/18 & 1/5/18.
