A request from Elementary/MS art teacher Ms. Johnson:
Each student Y5 to 7th grade will have a piece of artwork they completed in my class exhibited in the show (April 28th). That means, I will have to write out all 650 or so tags. Is there anyone who would be willing to help me write name tags for the show? I will have all the tags cut in the colors they need to be for the grade levels, student name lists, and envelopes for the tags to be stored in. I will have samples to show how they need to be written too.
If you have questions, please contact her at email@example.com
Next week (April 24-28) is the yearly Box Top competition at the Middle School. We will be collecting box tops, Campbell’s Labels for Education, Tyson A+ labels, Aunt Millie’s School Spirit and Coke tops/codes. The top two homeroom classes will win ice cream floats. Be sure to send all these labels with your middle school student by the 28th.
The Carnival Committee is seeking help to work in the kiddie prize room during the annual community carnival on March 19th. The carnival runs from 5:30-9, but volunteers may take shorter shifts. Please contact Jessica McKinley with questions or to volunteer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The middle school will be having a dance on May 20th and they are looking for cookie donations (do not need to be wrapped individually) and for someone to take candid pictures. If you can help with these needs please contact Tona Long at email@example.com
On Wednesday, October 29th, there will be a Halloween-themed activity night for middle school students. They are looking for cookie donations to sell to the students. If you can help with this need, please let us know how many you can provide at firstname.lastname@example.org. The cookies will need to be dropped in the middle school office by the end of the school day on the 29th.
There is a Middle School Activity Night scheduled for Wednesday, May 28 from 3-5pm. Staff is asking for volunteers to bring cookies to be sold at the concession stand that is available to the students. The cookies do not need to be individually wrapped. If you can make some delicious treats for the students, please have the cookies at the Middle School before 3pm on the 28th. In addition, staff is asking for some parent volunteers that can help supervise activities that afternoon. If you have any questions, or would love to help in any way, please contact Miss Bigelow at email@example.com.
